incorporates gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and game drive, launch cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is in Southwestern Uganda and it inhabits the largest population of mountain gorillas than any other gorilla destination. Besides, there are also over 350 bird species including the African green broadbill; 220 butterfly species, 27 frog species, reptiles and several plant species. Gorilla treks in Bwindi National Park begin from Rushaga, Nkuringo, Ruhija or Buhoma area. This park was gazetted in 1991 and became a UNESCO Heritage Site in 1994.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is positioned in Western Uganda and it derived its name from Queen Elizabeth the second after her visit in this wilderness area. This park sits in an area of about 1978sq.kms and it largely comprises of a vast savanna where a huge concentration of wildlife species is confined including Africa bush elephants, buffaloes, leopards, lions; warthogs, over 620 bird species, hyenas, antelopes as well as hippos, crocodiles. Your safari commences and ends in Kampala/Entebbe.
